Laura Bennett has been farming and educating about food and food systems for over a decade. She loves breaking the bougie out of eating local and now she's slingin' salads every Tuesday night right here in town!

The Southtown Corvallis Market at Flicker & Fir Farm is a lovely neighborhood space at the end of Alexander, "where the sidewalk ends and community begins." Order a pizza/stew from other vendors & enjoy your salad as a full meal! Have dinner in the grass, pet the goats, walk to the river, & enjoy a slow summer evening.
